How to Run After Downloading

Start your local MongoDB instance (or create a MongoDB Atlas cluster) and set MONGO_URI and JWT_SECRET in the backend .env configuration file.
Install Node.js dependencies by running npm install in both the backend API and React frontend folders, then run npm run data:import to seed sample MongoDB collections.
Start the Express API server and React client using npm run dev (or npm start) as detailed in the included setup guide.
