• The student must not have watched more than 15% of the total course video content.
• The student must not have downloaded the primary course source code repositories or project template files.
• No official course completion certificates should have been generated or claimed.

📚 Ebooks & Downloadable Materials

All digital purchases of standalone e-books, cheat sheets, interview preparation guides, or downloadable PDF materials are instantly delivered and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the purchase is complete. We encourage users to carefully read the book descriptions and preview contents before making a purchase.

🎮 Gamification Points & Shop Purchases

Any virtual items, profile badges, rank promotions, or items acquired from our gamified shop using Experience Points (XP) carry no real-world monetary value, cannot be converted back into cash, and are entirely non-refundable. XP points awarded for course submissions or streaks are non-transferable.

⏱️ Refund Processing

Once a valid refund request is received and verified by our auditing team, the transaction will be processed. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment gateway method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that card processors or banks may take additional time to reflect the credit on your bank statement.
