1️⃣ Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to sellers / merchants listed on the Platform and the shipping process has been initiated or the product is already out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

2️⃣ Non-Cancellable Products

We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, and similar products. However, refund or replacement may be provided if the user establishes that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.

3️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. The request will be reviewed and verified by the seller or merchant before approval.

If the product received does not match the description shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you should notify customer service within 7 days of delivery. Appropriate action will be taken after review.

4️⃣ Manufacturer Warranty

For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to directly contact the manufacturer or authorized service center regarding warranty claims.

5️⃣ Refund Processing

In case any refund is approved, the amount will generally be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
